Return & Exchange Policy
The following applies to shipments made directly to customers from TailZzz, and is not applicable to products shipped or received from alternate supplies, distributors or sales platforms. TailZzz return policy provides free returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of product (per tracking records provided by shipping company). Products for return must be returned in the same condition as received or otherwise undamaged. Normal wear and tear allowed. Returns are accepted for the following reasons but not limited to Size, color, fabric, use. The return policy excludes damages (intentional or unintentional) inflicted on the product(s) by humans, animals, acts of God or natural events. Required for all Returns & Exchanges: Proof of purchase, receipt or gift receipt listing the date/vendor/product SKU/product name/cost.
Shipping Policy
- TailZzz commits to FREE shipping on ALL products.
- Once orders are placed, the product(s) will be shipped up to 2 business days post date of order placement.
- TailZzz uses FedEx and USPS to ship orders. Transition time may take anywhere between 3-10 business days depending on your location.

If you have received a damaged product, immediately file a report with TailZzz Customer Service via info@tailzzz.com or Chat with us or fill in the form below. Customers have the penalty-free option of refusing the product at time of delivery citing the damage as the reason for return. Should you opt to receive and/or keep the damaged package/case/carton, a full inventory and inspection of the item(s) should be made immediately and any missing or damaged product must immediately reported to TailZzz. Images of the damaged package/case/cartons and damaged item must be submitted with any request for replacement or credit. Failure to provide photographic evidence cataloging the damage may result in refusal of claim in which event the customer will not receive a replacement product or credit. Delay in reporting and failure by customer to act in a timely manner may result in refusal of claim in which event the customer will not receive a replacement product or credit.
Warranty Policy
TailZzz offers a six (6) month limited warranty on its products. Warranty against defects in material and workmanship such as flaws in fabric, finish or materials not naturally occurring. Also sewing, gluing, stapling, zipper construction or installation. The warranty does not extend to/ and no warranty is offered and/or no return for credit is offered for acts or damage beyond the manufacturer’s control and/if product is lost, stolen or missing. This includes but is not limited to: damage inflicted on products by animals, water damage/fire damage and other acts of God or natural events and conditions, damage caused through misuse of products, damage caused by failure to follow care instructions, damage (whether intentional or unintentional) inflicted by a person, and/or failure to properly maintain product. Covers are not warranted against chewing, scratching or direct sunlight and are not recommended for destructive animals. If a product-return request in support of a warranty claim is made by a TailZzz agent and not complied with by the customer within thirty (30) days of the request, no return credit or replacement product will be given. TailZzz reserves the right to require return of product(s) to the nearest manufacturing facility for inspection and verification of warranty claim. Required for all Warranty Claims: Proof of purchase, receipt or gift receipt listing the date/vendor/product SKU/product name/cost. WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (excludes Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories).
